I hold a Social Worker Associate Independent Clinical License (LSWAIC) in Washington State (License #SC61462127). I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of New England. My professional experience includes working with children and adolescents with co-occurring disorders, as well as adults experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. My clinical background includes addressing a wide range of concerns, including substance use, depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, and LGBTQIA2S+ related issues. I am committed to ongoing professional development and fulfill continuing education requirements as part of my licensure. My clinical supervisor in Washington is Mandi Maycumber, Licensed Mental Health Counselor (License #LH61078329). Additional information about my Washington licensure is available at https://doh.wa.gov/licenses-permits-and-certificates/provider-credential-search.

I have passed the national licensing examination approved by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners, demonstrating competency in social work practice and professional standards. In Arizona, independent psychotherapy practice is reserved for Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs); therefore, I provide clinical services in compliance with state regulations and under appropriate supervision when required.
