Accepted Payments

All education services are cash only. Therefore, all payments are to be paid before services. We accept cash, cashier checks, money orders, and debit/credit. Additionally, we do offer payment plans. 

Therapy services for Washington can be paid, out of pocket, with debit/credit. The following insurances are also accepted:  Regence, Aetna, Kaiser Permanente, United Healthcare,  Cigna,  United Healthcare EAP,  Kaiser Permanente Northwest, and Cigna EAP 

Therapy services for Arizona can be paid, out of pocket, with debit/credit. The following insurances are also accepted:  Aetna/Banner, United Healthcare, and United Healthcare EAP
