Accepted Payments

All education services are cash only. Therefore, all payments are to be paid before services. We accept cash, cashier checks, money orders, and debit/credit. Additionally, we do offer payment plans. 

Therapy services for the state of Washington can be paid, out of pocket, with debit/credit. The following insurances are also accepted:  Aetna, Cigna, Cigna EAP, Kaiser Permanente, Kaiser Permanente Norhtwest, Regence, United Healthcare, United Healthcare EAP
